Another cold cold session! I love this sweet family, and am super lucky cause I just happen to be a part of it. These are my inlaws:) I had a lot of fun together taking these..hope you love them lis!

Freezing cold and windy. these guys were troopers..especially little Claire. Covered in sweet baby rolls and full of snuggles she is absolutely delicious! She kept giving me the funniest face like are you seriously wanting me to smile when its this cold?! I loved it and had so much fun with this great family.

Special Special!!

Its that time of year again! The season that most everyone dreads, but not me. Fall has forever been my absolute favorite season! I love the magic..yes magic in the beautiful colors, the crisp air, bundling on the layers, getting snowed in and enjoying a sweet cup of cocoa..and best of all HOLIDAYS! which for most i hope means lots of family time and a great opportunity to forget ourselves and serve our neighbors, friends, and even complete strangers. I am ridiculed by all, even my adorable husband for bringing out Christmas and holiday music the day after Halloween, but in my view why wait? It brings an additional spirit into my home that I love and i figure rather than dreading the cold season why not embrace it and play up all the great things that come with it.  Whether you agree with me or join in the teasing, either way you are in luck!  I go crazy every year trying to think of a fun way i can spice up my holidays by helping someone else out a little here or there, and this year I have decided to do something simple yet I have high hopes that it will boost others holiday spirits:) SO HERE IS THE DEAL:

I tried to think of something that I would love and appreciate, and as a mommy of two precious boys family pictures is to say the least A BIG DEAL to me. However with the depressing amount of schooling our family has undergone affording those family pictures hasn't always been an option so more often than id like we went without. This is why I have decided to do this. I hope that I can give families the chance to have a high quality selection of prints to either make into holiday cards or just to have. In addition to lowering prices for the holiday I thought it would be really fun to take all profits and give back to someone in need.

Regular pricing is $80 sitting fee for a family session of up to four, for each additional person add $10

HOLIDAY PRICING IS. $25   Sitting fee for family photos, not including individual portraits
                                         $35  Sitting fee for family and individual portraits
( if group size is larger than four, $10 addition will still be added for each additional member)


This is not an annual special and will run NOV 1 through DEC 15 so DONT miss it and be sure to share the good word with all those who may be interested! Thanks, I CANT WAIT!

I can say that cause they are my own:) I look forward to taking the boys yearly pictures, maybe like most moms..a little too much:) but i suppose thats what happens when ya just cant get enough of their sweetness! like always..these are a few of my favorites.. let me know what you think!

Meet the Merino's

What a precious family.  I can only hope that my own little boys will love, admire and respect me the way these (teenage!) boys do their own mom.  She is so beautiful and such a hard worker, she has done an incredibly amazing job raising these handsome boys on her own.   I have to admit after their session I was a bit chocked up and completely taken back by the amount of love they show for each other and for their closeness.  The short time I was able to spend with the Merinos was very moving and inspiring for me, they truly are a special family.

 Thanks for letting me be a tiny part of your lives and for the chance to meet you all. I cant wait to see you again in the future.. these are a few of my favorites..

 

 

The hoopes, two.. soon to be three:)

while i was away in Wyoming i was able to do these maternity pics for one of me very best friends! We just got home and i have been trying to unpack and get my boys settled in but i HAD to upload a few of my favorites. more to come..i promise..I had such a fun night shooting these with the Hoopes. This is there first baby, a little girl:) I love these two, there are fiery, hilariously out of control, down to earth, and most importantly great friends. I know you guys will be great parents! GOOD LUCK, i cant wait to see your little sweetie..
